Challenge
The Entrepreneurs' Center is dedicated to supporting Miami Valley entrepreneurs. The organization was looking to strengthen its brand strategy and message to be more externally focused and targeted against their strongest point of difference. Additionally, they were seeking to understand how and when to differentiate its’ messaging against their core audiences of entrepreneurs, donors and the community.

Solution
We first conducted a Brand Evaluator Assessment to understand how the organization was communicating today relative to key competitors.
Based on this learning, we clarified the needs and desires of the core target audiences and developed an optimized brand strategy framework to increase relevance.
A verbal identity strategy including tone of voice principles, messaging strategy and brand story were developed to help the team bring the brand to life consistently across communications.
We also conducted a two-hour training session to educate staff on the importance of brand building and how the updated strategy provides clarity and guidance for their work.
